Writing Night

Monday night is writing night. Wrote my SA article for Wednesday, and also finished the first draft of a longer article (which I'll discuss when it's finished and accepted!) Unfortunately, book progress has been a bit limited the last couple of weeks. I'm writing about Johnson's household, and I need to spend some time transcribing more of Johnson's memoirs. It's a painful exercise, and I've been avoiding. On the upside, I've found some excellent information in Tim Flannery's "The Birth of Sydney". A great book that I recommend. I wish someone would turn it into a TV series, along the lines of Ken Burn's "The Civil War"...
