Presumed innocent

So police have a charged a man over the murder of that little girl in Bundaberg. The locals are going crazy, they are ready to kill him. The crime was horrific, but the bloke is entitled to the presumption of innocence. It is possible the police have made a mistake. Even if they haven't, due process must be followed... Lynch mob justice is not something we should encourage...
